September through December with a Parent
This hour-long class introduces Parents & Tots to a classroom environment.
Parents interact with their children during planned playtime. At
rug time the teacher leads storytelling, songs and fingerplays. This is
a gentle
way to introduce your tot to a preschool environment.
January through May, On
My Own
Children attend by themselves. As the first independent experience
in a school setting, without parents, the On My Own program offers
many play opportunities with friends they have come to know during the
first half of the year. Group time in the classroom, as well as
outdoor and gym activities, all provide our youngest group with a comfortable
transition into the fall Junior program.
